Are workshops on-site or virtual?+
Both. Every theme comes with a 60-minute on-site session and a 30-minute virtual follow-up. Fully remote teams get the same depth, fully on-site teams get the same follow-through.
What happens between workshops?+
Between workshops your team keeps the rhythm with quarterly team challenges, activity-kit drops, and a direct line to your Shaypes facilitators. We're not a one-day event, we're with you all year.
How big can the team be?+
Standard pricing covers up to 100 attendees per session. Larger headcounts, multi-office rollouts, and global teams, just tell us the shape and we'll quote it.
What's included in the activity kit?+
One desk-friendly keepsake per attendee, themed to the theme (fire bowl, terrarium, utensil charms, mini piñata). Extras are $12 each. Kits ship before the workshop so everyone unboxes together.
